Kepong~Daorae korea bbq

Kepong Daorae korea BBQ 这家太贵了。。。有很多家韩国BBQ,另一家korea Che Go..3/4人份才RM58。。。这家我们两人选一份牛肉。。一份鸡肉 。。送配菜。。RM102
Daorae korea BBQ too expensive. . . There are many South Korean BBQ now, the others shop..called korea CHE GO ....3 / 4 people were only RM58. . . but this shop... we(2 persons) have a beef. . n chicken.. & spicy soup......included korea dishes. . RM102

有薯泥,泡菜,江鱼仔,牙菜,蒸蛋,清菜


RM102.30 一份牛肉,一份鸡肉和一份辣汤,加这些配菜,太多了,两人吃不完。一定要选两种肉类。。。==有点麻烦吧。。。两人怎么吃那么多肉呀。。。


牛肉,肥瘦肉的纹路不算很齐,牛肉分很多种,他的芊维较粗,所以较难消化,要会煮才好吃,所以拿来靠,干干,不好吃,只有鸡肉那来烤才不会太干,鸡肉比较适合烤,烤出来比较好吃。我都不清楚这是红花牛肉还是神户和牛


牛肉煮熟后,没味道,硬硬不嫩,咬不断,不好吃。如煮得好吃的牛肉像the ship的bombay steak最好吃,很嫩,酱汁又好吃,比鸡扒还好吃,我最爱。


他们特别掩制过的鸡肉


烤后的鸡肉。。。比牛肉好吃,有掩过。。。肉没那么粗。有生菜可拿来包着肉吃的,但他们韩国传统的吃法是要包肉和蒜头加酱一起吃的,但我不爱这样吃,因那蒜头那么大科,太难吃了,吃完口一定很大股味。我们只是包肉加自己喜欢的配菜和饭一起吃,像在家里吃的。。生菜包白鸡。。烧肉。。豪油汁加饭一起吃。


韩国石锅辣汤,没甚么吸引,像藩茄汤,里面还有一粒蛋


韩国pizza,送的,像我们的葱油蛋,我们的比较好吃,可能韩国餐不适合我吃,sushi和中餐我很爱吃,但泡菜。。。一路来我都吃不下


青色软软的,我以为吉子皮,不是,像肉


江鱼仔还好


蒸蛋还好,比较能接受


薯泥还好,比较好吃


酸辣目耳之类。。。不好吃,吃不惯


酱汁,没甚么味道地,只是油油


这个我最吃不下,很难吃,很大股甚么酸臭味


清菜。总之全部都冷冷,没用甚么调味料,他们吃得太健康

长年都是RM18 per 1 kg,一种招数,一分钱一分货,果然是有够便宜的材料.

得福小厨,说明小厨,煮出来的食物果然小厨,不真材实料的,全部都用便宜的螃蟹和虾

咸蛋螃蟹 RM20-很小只的蟹,3只加起来共1kg,吃过品质最差的螃蟹,小只不讲,那螃蟹好像中病了一样,让客人吃一只死了很久的 蟹,一点都不新鲜,难怪那么便宜,很不值得吃,就算便宜,吃到这样的螃蟹,很不值得

他的肉干蒸蒸,没鲜甜,只吃外面那些咸蛋汁,幸亏他没放很多味精,不会很咸,是咸蛋的咸,很多少粒,好像吃沙那样。。。不够惹味。。。叶仁的咸蛋煮到较好味

椰子虾 RM26-不辣的curry...不够热。。虾不新鲜。。。没香椰汁味。。不惹味,只是煮好放进椰子。

Istana negara后面, jalan bellamy ikan bakar,有很多马来档,因那里都是政府部门,有一排店都是吃烧鱼的

由于晚上很多都没开,今天我选了这档seri menanti,他早上开至晚上,其它店就只做中午,sunday休息




烧sotong RM8-不错,sotong蛮有弹性,他搽抹上酱汁烧,可以搽抹多一些,会更好吃




马来人的烧与华人不同,他们没有放很多sambal汁和配菜


烧蒲鱼 RM10-浦鱼的肉够厚,比小条的鱼好吃,配那sambal汁,好吃,吃在口里不会很辣,他的辣是到喉咙里才辣的,所以又怕辣,又想吃那样。。。华人有华人的好吃,马来人的有马来人的特色。


我偏爱吃尾部,或旁边少肉的部位,虽然中间比较有肉吃,因浦鱼和鳗鱼是扁的,旁边部位也有运动到,所以蛮好吃的




这酱汁好吃,很重balacan味,很辣


那不只这一档,还有很多ikan bakar....如ramli yusof........但没开
