江南生虾 RM60~生虾很贵。。但很好吃。。。刚刚好的当归味。有些食物要重味,咸少少不用紧,有些就不需要太多味精,像吃海鲜之类的,咸少少不用紧,海鲜要够味够火喉才好吃,因够火喉才会吃得够喉,吃海鲜要吃得豪,才好吃。

炸过再掩有适量的当归味,很好吃,凡是有用当归煮的,我都觉得特别好吃,因当归特别入味,无论和甚么食物都合得来,像在大城堡以勒饭店吃的当归螃蟹,有当归掩过的烧鸭,都蛮好吃

把那些汁全部吸完出来,很好吃,很够味,吃这个就要很够味,因为那当归味很好吃,轻微味精ok..但不要太咸。吃菜肉或鱼我就不喜欢太重味。

少少的虾膏而已,虾膏就像蛋黄。。虾膏。。再加上稍微调味料就好像咸蛋那样,好吃

清蒸蟹 RM55~蛋白蒸的螃蟹,不好吃,不够酒味,不够姜丝,发挥不到那种鲜味出来

是大只的肉蟹。。雄的蟹叫肉蟹。。雌的蟹叫膏蟹;肉蟹的较多肉。。膏蟹的红膏较甘甜。。通常清蒸都是用肉蟹因比较大只,肉比较多。

蟹有蛮多肉吃,但蒸的功夫不够,蛋白也不鲜甜
三丝炒生面~很咸,有三丝都已经有味道了,还放那么多黑油汁,太咸了,不好吃
