他的干肉骨茶很够味。。。有少少尤鱼那样。。。咸咸地。。炒到少少焦。。。像咸鱼花腩煲那样,很“野味”
got squid inside....a bit salty....fried till charred & very black...taste like claypot han yu pork meat...flavoursome
肉是半肥瘦的,汁炒得很黑的
