pudu plaza~添记油炸非洲鱼

[gal+1.jpg]pudu plaza对面添记油炸非洲鱼,专门吃非洲鱼。。。。有蛮多种煮法,很多大炒都是味精味,这档不会,所以有水准,我最爱这些便宜又有水准的街边档,人不可貌相,档不可以貌衡量

油炸非洲鱼RM16,好吃,炸得很脆。。金黄色,我们吃时,还有卜卜声的。还有配豆瓣酱,我以为只是放豉油汁。

我发觉我越来越喜欢吃鱼多过肉类。我最喜欢吃非洲鱼炸的。炸得连尾巴都可以吃
I like to eat fish more than meat. I love to eat fried fish especially fei zhou fish. Even in the bombing of the tail can eat


脆到皮已经起泡。。。。脆而不油
so crispy while not oily


那豆瓣酱也好吃,不会太咸,他煮东西比较少味精。不过我比较喜欢炸鱼配豉油汁,原始味
the sauce, not so salty, monosodium less. However, I prefer fish with soy sauce, the original flavor


吃了很久还热热的
still hot...although serve long time ago


炸鸡RM8,不是鸡饭档也有炸鸡,现炸了再拿去蒸的鸡,也是很好吃

是鸡腿肉,所以很滑。皮金黄色,炸是他拿手好菜

点旁边的甜辣酱刚刚好。。。很合大众的口味,很细心,很了解人们喜欢吃甚么
