bidor美罗~初记curry面,炸付皮

[gal+1.jpg]bidor美罗初记curry面,黄色的curry水,香浓好吃,椰浆较多。感觉很顺滑的curry,我最爱顺口的。。。在kl没吃过这味道。这样才算有水准的curry面,不是人人可以煮到这样。bidor美罗初记干捞面&咔哩面,他的干捞面也很赞,一流
Yellow curry soup, savoury and delicious, more of coconut milk. The feeling is very smooth curry, I love. . . Kl not eaten in this flavor b4. To be such a standard of curry mee, not everyone can cook to this

晚上8pm才开档,到半夜,很多人来吃霄夜

那些都很脆,很好吃。他一边卖一边炸,所以刚炸出来很新鲜很脆。就算只是吃粉,也有很多配料,所以我不喜欢吃火锅,因火锅就是把料滚熟吃而已,而我们时常都会吃料。第二原因。。steamboat都会吃到饱饱,饱到胃顶着,汤也喝到胃涨,很幸苦,所以,我吃东西都不喜欢饱到顶着胃!
Those are very crisp, very good to eat. Even only eat mee, there are many fried food eat toghether with mee. Anyone bidor here usually like to eat like that.eveywhere can eat fried fu pi


这些付皮最好吃。。。很脆,还有少少咸味,里面少少肉而已。美罗很习惯吃付皮,那里都吃到,这里的最脆。我是吃付皮长大的。。哈
the fu pi is bidor the best. . . Very crisp, salty bit, a bit of meat inside it.


偏黄色curry面,好吃。。。很顺滑的curry水,吃下去时很顺口的

颜色和texture都很美,煮这样才算有水准的curry面,不是人人可以煮到这样。可以加多少少奶味

味道咸带辣,不会太辣,嫌不够辣的人,加他的辣椒酱就刚刚好。放多点葱更香葱味
it's taste more salty become spicy,not so spicy.....if not enough sweet and spicy for u,add a bit chili source there.....will be perfectly.put more onions ....savoury


他是偏咸,对我来说欠少少甜,所以配少少他的辣椒酱(辣带甜)刚刚好。。。一流。因为我喜欢偏甜少少的,不喜欢偏咸。炸付皮斟在curry水里更好吃,吸入curry的味,good
his chili source taste sweet and spicy.i like the curry mee add more sweet taste,then put a bit chili source.The fried fu pi suction the curry soup...nice

无论吃甚么面,干捞面,云吞面,咔里面,鱼蛋粉,虾面,asam laksa....怡保人的习惯都会选配料吃。kl所谓的让豆腐。。。久久才会吃一次;但我们每天都会吃到让豆腐。怡保不像kl,吃云吞面只有叉烧,或 curry 面放鸡/豆腐仆/蛤利。在kl的金宝粉也不正宗。正宗的应该像这么多料选的
no matter...eat mee....bidor guy like add the fired food on.this is our habit.but in KL...eat the yang tauhu once time..few months.the kampar mee(jing bao mee)suppose hav many choice like this....there r not original 1 in KL


付皮-刚炸出炉,好好味,很脆
just wad fried,good taste, very crisp


千万别斟在汤里面,会不脆
dun inside to the soup ,will not brittle


付竹卷,外皮卷了几圈。。。包着肉。。。因为他炸的功力好,才可以炸得全部皮金黄,起泡泡。。全部空气集中在里面。。里面的空气没那么快消失。。才会更脆,。这个在汤里,变漏风了

炸鱼饼之类,很好吃。。。很想再吃

我们选了付皮,付竹,付竹卷,沙葛米,那清汤也好喝,不会很咸

他的干捞面也很好吃,很多芽菜


捞过后,面就变很滑,颜色很黑。河粉是幼的,所以更滑,面不怕会有捡水味,因他把面煮得很滑,没有捡水味


无论河粉或面都很幼滑,不像普通干捞面


有很多汁,最后一口都不放过


配料。。觉得这些料和吃steamboat没两样,而这些更好吃,又便宜,又不用吃到饱饱,不喜欢饱到涨着,很辛苦,像吃steamboat一定会饱到顶胃。。哈哈。。所以我不爱吃


咔啡也很好喝,很多泡

当然不能与白咔啡比,这是咔啡
cant compare with white coffee...white coffe more tasty


他们冲的茶也一流。。。teh热的。。。看样子就懂很顺滑香浓,这个可以称得上絲襪
茶。有点像tongkat ali.


初记饭店,只剩下影子,看不清楚的招牌
