klang~pandamaran叶铭干肉骨茶

fried shark.....very nice,while dry bak kut teh...juz usually

必点 : 炒沙鱼肉(很好吃的肉质),干肉骨茶(一般,parkson后面的较好吃)
ps : fried shark meat,dry bak kut teh(behind parkson got 1 better)
叶铭干肉骨茶-pandamaran里面,椰园附近,很多海鲜档的后面,早上至中午3-4点,5pm-晚上

吧生一定会送上几个杯和一个小茶壶,一定要小茶壶,茶才够香浓,我们选了冻顶乌龙,不清楚多少钱,应该RM3。上次在成发选的秋香茗茶却很贵。。。RM6。。比较好喝

有炒大虾,炒方鱼,炒沙鱼,炒油菜,辣椒虾仔,沙鱼汤。来叶铭主要都不是吃干肉骨茶,而是他们的各式小菜。我问店主,甚么是方鱼,他用福建话回达我,我不会听,就和他讲话语好了。到吧生,无论吃海鲜还是bak kut teh都是讲福建话的,不然他就懂你不是当地人
there also got fried big prawn,fried square fish,spicy small prawn,shark soup.there side order dishes better than dry bak kut teh.....speak hokkian language better...cos all of them are hokkian


肉骨茶(干)RM9,中等,炒到不够,干肉骨茶要很入味才好吃,有些食物就要清淡。尤鱼不够入味,干肉骨茶就像咸鱼花腩煲,肉骨茶是放尤鱼不是咸鱼,他的尤鱼切成一条条的,可惜尤鱼好像发效得不购咸,不够发霉那种味道
dry bak kut teh,normal....tasteless....squid not enough salty


肉切得太大块,味道比较难入到肉质里,切小块些会比较好吃,可惜
the pork meat cut in too big......smaller better....will more flavoursome


有放羊角豆,我喜欢吃羊角豆

炒沙鱼肉 RM8-很好吃,那肉质很滑嫩,柔柔软软的,我最喜欢这种肉质的。它比生鱼还嫩,不懂是不是就是那个鲨鱼,我想应该是小条的鲨鱼,当还没大时就煮来吃,特别嫩。
fried shark meat,i like.....the shark meat very soft...soft then sang yu.....nice...i think is young shark


他炒得也不错,稍微辣(宫保),汁很油,虽然油了点,但还是很好吃,肉加分了
this is gong bo....spicy & sweet....abit oily....but spicy enuf....ok


看它的肉,小小片,够厚度,不像生鱼会太薄一片,所以很爽口。生鱼也很好吃。我一直拿它与生鱼来比较,因为他的口感有点像生鱼
the meat is chunky.....taste like sang yu.....can compare vif sang yu




干肉骨茶。。。送一碗汤,那么黑的汤,一看就懂不是正宗的肉骨茶汤。。正宗的是黄泥水的颜色的。。黑黑的汤很重豉油味,他的汤真的很够味,也很重豉油味,与kepong家家的肉骨茶味差不多
the soup very dark....not original...bak kut teh...soup....original 1 suppose yellow color....too many soy sauce's taste...like kepong jia jia


这次喝了这个汤,我不会上瘾;但上次吃正宗的肉骨茶,好像会上瘾那样。他的汤很浓,我把那杯茶倒入汤里喝,发觉这样比较好吃,没那么油腻
this soup will not addiction。。。very strong taste...so i add abit tea inside...make it oil less
