我不爱吃太重味的,或味精的,比较喜欢顺口温和,有功夫的。他炒的每样东西都很顺口,不会过火,不会过浓,很有功夫,我很爱他那种温和的火喉,淡淡的碳香味,吃了想起会记得他那种温和淡淡的碳香味。不像一般碳炒面,他较有深度。炭炒面线~他出名碳炒面线。有波菜,蛋碎,面线炒得脆脆的,好吃,因面线炸过。但菜太多,面线放多点比较好。会很饱

吃过很多档碳炒面,我都是较喜欢这档。吃过别的,都是普通功夫而已,只是浓浓的味,没那种顺口与那种温和的火喉,吃过kepong南区pasar malam付近一档的更糟,有碳“隆”味,不是碳香味。温和的火喉很重要。温和的火喉不是人人可做到。水水滑滑的滑蛋河,温和的火喉,味道刚刚好,不太咸不太淡,好吃。他的汁有淡淡碳香味,汁我最爱,我最不爱咸咸,吃完后满口干干的感觉的。

碳炒滑蛋河/广府莺鸯~淡淡碳香味,而不是炭“隆”味,感觉到那慢火小火的锅气,温和的火喉,不用太大火,所以很顺口,真的很好吃,很回味。我最爱他的广府莺鸯,由其 广府米,特别顺口,火喉很温和的,好好吃,真的不是人人都可炒到

碳炒福建米粉面,米粉比面香,因米粉较吸到酱汁,好吃,也是淡淡的碳香味。pj uptown的福建面是超多汁又浓味也蛮香,但说到功夫,还是这必较高难度,有深度,比较难吃到的。。不是人人可炒得刚刚好。而浓味的。。。好像。。只要放重料加味精。。就可炒到吧。。。!
