上汤lala.....我朋友很喜欢,但我就普通而已。。。放了很多小辣椒,所以很辣,我最受不了小辣椒的辣。。。为甚么很多餐馆都喜欢以辣来吸引顾客,马来西亚人真的无辣不欢??我只觉得那重辣会使甚么味道都不知觉了。。。把其他鲜甜味都盖过了。。。所以。。我是从不吃小辣椒的人,一旦不小心咬到一颗,就像要我命,辣得要喝冰水。这个上汤煮得不错,很鲜甜惹味,但还不够imbi的海鲜(上汤lala),较够火喉+酒味

叉烧烧肉。。。还好。。。。普通。。。。可能烧鸭比较卖座。。。。烧肉普通而已,很少烧肉吸引到我。第一烧肉要切得较大块才吃到脆的地方,第二背面的肉要用华盐腌得够入味,又不太咸(不太多味精),要咸带甜,第三,猪的皮要用针插的够脆(有的用磨的)

叉烧。。硬硬。。。有点像you lik叉烧那种类型,但没you lik的好吃

汤好喝。。。应该是菜干鸡烧肉(菜渣)煲的汤。。。。很浓。。很鲜甜

很多一粒粒的鸡油。。。。应该用满多鸡骨煲。。。我比较爱喝有鸡油,没把油隔干净的汤,觉得比较好喝。。。和真才实料
